League Island support
Setup, Live Activities and this week’s matchup.
League Island puts Sleeper fantasy football scores on your iPhone’s Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
Enter your Sleeper username, choose your leagues, and tap Start Live Activity. Follow one full league or your matchup in up to three leagues. Choose and reorder My teams from the focus menu; the first matchup is focused in the compact Dynamic Island. The beta supports active 8-, 10-, and 12-team NFL regular-season leagues.
Sessions last up to 7 hours 45 minutes. Enable the session reminder to receive a notification 15 minutes before expiry. Reopen the app to start another session. Scores depend on Sleeper’s data and Apple’s delivery, and may be delayed. Enable Live Activities for League Island in iOS Settings if you cannot start one.
To exchange taunts, both players install League Island and sync their Sleeper usernames. Taunts are on by default and connect automatically, limited to the current weekly opponent. Share the app and manage taunts or notification permissions in Settings. A new touchdown, made field goal or turnover by a matchup starter unlocks a relevant taunt for 10 minutes. Each play can be used once; you preview and send it yourself. Routine yards and receptions do not unlock taunts. Keep a Live Activity running to follow plays while the app is closed. You can mute an opponent, clear the conversation or turn off taunts in Settings. Notification delivery depends on your iPhone settings; taunts remain available in the app.
